No New Cases of COVID-19 in Sri Lanka in the last 48 Hours

The Ministry of Health said over 95,000 PCR or COVID-19 tests have been conducted so far in Sri Lanka.

No new cases of coronavirus have been detected within the last 48 hours ending at 6.00 a.m. today, 22 June 2020 as per the Ministry of Health.

Twenty-six (26) patients who were infected with COVID-19 were discharged after complete recovery yesterday, raising the total number of recovered patients to 1498.

Meanwhile, the World Health Organization (WHO) says total global coronavirus cases are over 8.7 million with more than 461,000 deaths so far.

WHO reported a record increase in global coronavirus cases on Sunday, with the total rising by 183,020 in a 24-hour period concluded.
